I founded Hillcrest Strategies after working for over a decade at the intersection of nonprofit financial management, fundraising, and administration. As the years, passed I started to notice some patterns – many folks are uncomfortable talking about money and what it means to our movement, operations and administrative processes are murky, and organizations want their internal systems to align with their values but aren’t sure how to get there.
