Hillcrest Strategies is a management consulting firm that helps progressive organizations and movement building institutions operate smoothly, fundraise effectively, and plan strategically to build a reflective democracy and an equitable future.

Founded in August 2020, Hillcrest Strategies is the latest project of Brigid Hall, a C-level executive who has taken multiple racial and economic justice organizations to scale. Her skill set lies at the intersection of financial management, fundraising, and organizational infrastructure, and she has successfully overseen robust organizing, issue-based, and electoral campaigns. 

With a career focused on the non-profit sector, Brigid effectively manages people, aligns teams, and delivers projects on time, all with an equity and inclusion lens. Her innovations have helped organizations achieve unprecedented revenue growth and implement compelling programs that deliver real change for marginalized people.
